Our delivery times are 4 to 7 days*.

We work directly with producers. We therefore have no intermediaries and this allows us to offer you truly competitive prices compared to what you could find in a physical store.

What happens once I confirm my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

We take care of shipping your order within 24/48 hours.

How to track my order ?

You will receive a second email once your item is shipped.

This contains a link to Order Tracking , with automatic connection of your personal identifiers.

You can also go to this page directly from an Internet browser and manually insert your identifiers (email + order number).

What should I do if I am not available on the day of delivery?

Parcels delivered by post generally do not require a countersignature.

The few packages delivered by professional carriers sometimes require a countersignature upon receipt.

If this is the case and you are not there during delivery, a card will be issued to your mailbox with information on how to proceed.

Special case of orders with several items

Since we work with different producers, if you have ordered several items, they will arrive at your home in different packages.

This again avoids adding a middleman to put your order together, which results in competitively priced items!

If you receive a package with part of your order, this is completely normal and you just need to wait for the second package.
